Keep in mind that this is not the only product i’ve been using to help me lose weight and firm up, but I am pretty convinced that this product played it’s part in helping me fit into a pair of jeans that were ready to go to Good Will because of my enormous hips. It’s cheap so I figured id give it a try! I workout 5 or 6 days a week, so I’m in shape I just have a small layer of skin and chub on my tummy and thighs. It’s only been about 5 days, I’ve Ben putting this product on in the morning and at night and I can already see a difference! When it says to. Apply a generous amount, do it, I put a ton on!

I like the smell, its not too strong when applying. It really helps me sweat, I usually put on and then wrap my stomach while exercising or outside doing yard work. Can truly feel the difference.
